ECOWAS, EU and AEBR at the University of Edinburgh, 9-10 May 2012 The Centre of African Studies (University of Edinburgh) and the ABORNE (African Borderlands Research Network) have organized an exchange between the African and European experiences on territorial cooperation. A delegation of the ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) met the European Commission and the AEBR.
