In the morning sessions the pièce de résistance will exist of 3 major financial instruments : INTERREG - HORIZON 2020 – LIFE in addition to ESA (European Space Agency) instruments, to support your ideas.
In the afternoon session the project idea – owners will be given the opportunity to pitch in plenary as well in private sessions with experts of the different programs.
The professional moderator will try to maximize the outcome in order to provide tailor made advice to the owners of a project proposal and to identify interested partners in these water governance projects.

The meeting will be hosted by one of the key institutes supporting the Task Force: the BENELUX Union in Brussels.
A very central location for the majority of our members and at walking distance from the railway station.

Located at a 10 minutes walk from the central railway station Brussels.
The closest metro station is called Louiza and the metro lines are number 2 and number 6.

For those who arrive the day before, an informal reception and buffet dinner will be organized at Hotel Ibis Brussels Centre Gare Midi (in short IBIS Midi) from 19.00 to 22.00 pm (address: Rue d'Angleterre 2-20

On behalf of the project development team, we hope to receive your registration as soon as possible, however before the 1st May and as a reply you will then receive a detailed script for the afternoon session.
