AEBR Annual Events 2024 take place on 23-26 October on invitation of Innlandet County Council

 

On 23 October 2024, the VIII AEBR Cross-Border School takes place in Karlstad (Värmland, Sweden).

The theme of this year’s edition is ‘Building Cross Border Resilience’, with three main topics related to cross border cooperation and/vs Security: Energy Security, Cooperation & Security, Security without Cooperation.

On 24 to 26 October 2024, the General Assembly and Annual Conference take place in Trysil, Norway.

The main topic of the conference revolves around building cross-border resilience and resilient border regions, with four main points of focus:

• The Future European Territorial Cooperation
• The “Nordic Way” to Cooperation
• Cross Border Cooperation and/vs. Security
• New emerging issues: CB Energy Communities

This year’s host is Innlandet County Council, in cooperation with Trysil Kommune and Region Värmland.
