A specific task force coordinated the analyses and exchanges, drafting a final version that was intensively discussed at AEBR Executive Committee meetings and the General Assembly in Košice (SK) on 9 November 2023, where new Statutes for the AEBR were adopted. The minutes of the Košice General Assembly were approved in Trysil (Innlandet, NO) on 24 October 2024. The new Statutes are in the process of being legalised by a notary for inclusion in the register of Associations in Coesfeld, along with an update to the AEBR’s legal representatives.

AEBR has always aimed to uphold the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusivity. We formalised a policy in this regard in 2022, which was ratified by the General Assembly in 2023.
