The AEBR Cross Border Award “Sail of Papenburg”, donated by the Ems Dollart Region in 2002, will also be presented in 2023. The theme of this year’s award is:

Telework and Home-Office – Challenges and Opportunities in Post-Covid Times
One or more outstanding measures of a border or cross-border region will be honoured. An independent jury appointed by the AEBR Executive Committee will evaluate the proposals submitted. The award of the winning project will take place in the context of the AEBR annual conference, which is scheduled to take place on 8-10th November 2023 in Košice / Slovakia. We ask all applicants for the award “Sail of Papenburg” 2023 to take note of the date of the award ceremony.
