Resilient Borders webinar: results and lessons from the pilot actions

AEBR and the Mission Opérationnelle Transfrontalière (MOT) are organising an online webinar on 25 June (11:00–12:00 CEST) to present the results of DG REGIO’s Resilient Borders initiative on cross-border spatial planning and crisis management.

Drawing on the experience of 19 pilot cases across Europe, the initiative sheds light on how stakeholders in border regions have come together to enhance cross-border governance for crisis management and spatial planning. Through collaboration and information sharing, they developed  joint action plans, offering concrete examples of how cross-border cooperation can enhance resilience.

The webinar will highlight the key findings of this work through two new publications, providing practical insights, lessons learned, and recommendations for policymakers and practitioners alike.
